Before you begin updating your GuideStar Nonprofit Profile, please take a moment to verify you have access by following these steps:
There are required fields in red asterisk, under Bronze, you need to fill out before updating information such as organization name and address.
Bronze – Required Fields
We discovered a caching issue with web browsers, causing a continuous spinning circle when updating your Nonprofit Profile. Basically, cookies (data) saved to your computer can block you from updating your profile. One solution would be to open an incognito browser or a private session.

Also, don’t forget to Save your changes before selecting Publish changes now.
