I did a fundraiser on my facebook page in April and haven't received a check yet. You had my old address on file so maybe it was sent there?

GuideStar provides Facebook with your organization's information and does not handle the donations. Currently we show the organization's address as 11340 Amy Cir, Anchorage AK 99516. I recommend making sure your nonprofit's mailing address is accurate on your GuideStar Profile. That should feed into all of our partner's systems, ensuring donations are sent to the correct place.
There are two possible ways to receive donations. If the nonprofit isn't registered with Facebook Payments, any donations it receives are distributed through the Network for Good‘s donor advised fund. Donations are generally distributed a month and a half after the last day of the month in which the donation was made. For example, a donation made in January will be paid to the nonprofit on March 15. If the nonprofit is registered with the Network for Good, the funds are sent by electronic transfer. If the nonprofit isn't registered with the Network for Good, the funds are mailed to the organization.
