I have entered metrics for three programs specific to our organization. When I took the training for Guide Star I was told we could create our own category of metrics if it fit our organization better. Now I've found a coulee of categories in the General metrics that could fit our programs, but the options listed after entering the metrics only include "yes, display", "no, do not display" and "Display but note that it's no longer tracked"
Also, after entering at least 3 specific metrics for programs related to our organization, the system is showing me I'm still 50% away from reaching Platinum. Is this because I'm using our own categories, rather than the categories listed in the General Metrics list?
