Thanks, we have the Gold seal at this point, when you say "Seal of Transparency" do you mean the Platinum seal?
Okay, I see now that it is Platinum. I just tried to update and I got the same message I did the first time, do you know what the problem could be?
When you click this link are you able to access the Profile Tool? If not, I recommend accessing account settings and include a first and last name to your GuideStar account. Sign out of GuideStar. Then, sign back in. Try the link again.
