Error message

I am trying to update our nonprofit profile and look into getting the Bronze level but have been trying for three weeks and keep getting an error message. It says:

 

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but the page you requested is currently unavailable. Our technical staff has been alerted and is diligently working to resolve the issue." 

 

Am I doing something wrong? I can get past the screen where I select our organization, update our website and telephone number, and then get the error message when I hit submit.
