Lanakila Pacific - update profile

I am trying to request access to my organization's profile. When I click on "Request Access". I get the following message: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. I have tried this in Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome 67.0.3396.99 and both give this same error message.
