I am having trouble updating my non-profit's Guidestar profile. After logging in with my credentials and following all prompts, I eventually get the following message: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but the page you requested is currently unavailable. Our technical staff has been alerted and is diligently working to resolve the issue." This has been the case for several weeks now.
Is this a site glitch or something to do with my account? How can I go about updating my profile?
