We were referred here from YourCause because we still have an old physical address location. We've been trying to update on nonprofit profile for the past several weeks in Guidestar. But we keep getting to the page where a message says, "We apologize for the inconvenience, but the page you requested is currently unavailable. Our technical staff has been alerted and is diligently working to resolve the issue."
Can you please advise how we might accomplish this?
