A donor tried to make a donation to us through Guidestar, but our system directed his gift to our (very) old PO box which no longer exists, so the donation bounced back to him.
Our address is up to date in all the areas of our profile that I can access. I've tried to find this incorrect information and I can't. It's very frustrating that some hidden part of Guidestar retains this nonexistant address.
How can I fix this ASAP? It's costing us donations and a good relationship with our donors.
Our current address should read: Southwest Boston CDC 11 Fairmount Ave, #101, Hyde Park, MA 02136
