Issue completing Bronze

I am trying to update my profile for Bronze, but when I click to continue to Silver, it reports there are fields incomplete. I do not see what it is referring to. Any help would be appreciated.


Also, I put in more information previously. I did save after putting information such as Board members and Program information, but they are not there.
