Cannot find download feature anymore - subscription still active until 10/11/2018 - not sure what's going on, please assist.

I researched your account and it appears that the reason you can not see the download option any longer is because email@example.com is currently, assigned to use the Pro Annual subscription, but can not use it because the email address is not registered on www.guidestar.org. If you are logging in with firstname.lastname@example.org go to the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right hand corner of the screen and then click on My Account, Manage My Subscription, then assign users email address that is already registered with GuideStar. Then you may want to refresh your page to then have full access to the Pro Subscription and it download capabilities.
