Unable to update profile or change "owner"

I am trying to update our information which is sorely outdated.  The person who is listed as "the owner" of this account doesn't even work for us anymore and while I have her original login for the site it continues to ask me to "verify" my information and never gets me to the place where I can update EVERYTHING including the owner and email showing for our account at the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen.  Please advise.  ASAP. or cal me at 717-431-8706
