I am the new development administrator for Specialized Assistance Services. All of the old administration is gone but most website ownership is still in their names. How can I take ownership of this account so I can update all of the agency's information.
Also, there is a very bad review posted on our Guidestar front page from 2014. The person who wrote it and all the people he was writing about are long gone and the agency has improved 100%. Is there any way to either take that off or rebut it? Not a great place to have an old and no longer relevant review.
I had to sign in here with another name because it said mine was already taken. Shouldn't I be able to sign in with my Guidestar credentials?
