Hello, I've repeatedly attempted to add a colleague as another manager on our profile but she never gets the email invitation. She has checked her spam folder as well. Please advise. Thanks!

Thank you for contacting GuideStar.
The manager you are trying to add must register their email addresses at www.guidestar.org first. Once they have done this and verified their emails, you will then be able to add them as managers.
As the current, primary contact you are able to manage individuals responsible for updating your organization’s GuideStar Nonprofit Profile.
All contacts will receive an email notifying them that you have added them as a contact responsible for updating your organization’s GuideStar Nonprofit Profile. They must click Accept this Invitation in order for their permissions to be active.
