Need help creating/updating profile

I have created a username, log in and started populating all sections of our profile (completed last week) but the changes made and the profile that I created aren't showing up on Guidestar.  


We have a campaign going on Facebook and it has raised quite a bit and I need to make sure the money will find its way to our organization. Please help!!
