Hello, our organization has been trying to create and finalize our Guidestar profile for about a year. Somehow in that process, we have ended up with two profiles in different stages. I need to set up a time to speak with someone from your support team live to delete one of the profiles and to get the other one finalized. I and my team are reasonably tech savvy and this has been a very complicated, multi-step process that has had one barrier after another. Would it be possible to set up an appointment to talk to someone live to help us get this completed? Thank you very much.
I have a lot of flexibility for a phone call tomorrow (Friday) and am on central time if we could set something up.
