We have a new board of directors as of June 1. Can I update just that one part? I always go in to update financial information, etc. in October.#BOD

If I only update the BOD in Bronze level, will I lose the Platinum level until that’s updated too?

That is correct. You are able to update the Board of Directors under Bronze and Save, however, once you click on Publish a box will pop up letting you know that you are about to loose the Platinum level. You would need to add your results for 2017 for you metrics in order to achieve the 2018 GuideStar Platinum Seal. Click on the following link to learn more: How To Earn Your 2018 Seal of Transparency

Okay thanks. I will wait until I have year end information in order to do all the updating. That will be October since our year just ended 5/31/2018. I feel like I should be able to update BOD names without losing the seal since I just received it in October of last year. Seems like it should be good for a year.
