Trying to update our profile

I have been trying to update my nonprofit's information yesterday and today.  I've gotten the message

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but the page you requested is currently unavailable. Our technical staff has been alerted and is diligently working to resolve the issue."

 

This is right after the page that is titled "We found your organization. Tell us a little more..."

 

I understand that you may be maintaining your systems.  I just want to be sure that I'm not getting the message because I'm doing anything wrong at my end.

 

And, if you are in systems maintenance, do you have an estimate on when I'll be able to update our organizational profile?
