For some reason, I have a huge queue in my download file. I have no idea how these files got there but I would like to delete them from the queue but have no idea how to do so.

Can you please send screen shots of your download queue page to firstname.lastname@example.org? Also, by any chance do you let others with your company use your registered email address to search on GuideStar? You may want to consider changing your password as a precaution. If there are organizations saved for download in your queue you can go through and delete those that you no longer want by clicking on the drop down arrow next to Saved Organizations you can then select the ones you want to delete.
