I am trying to add the map for my programs and it will not do it

Thank you for contacting GuideStar.
When updating the Program section of your organization's profile, make sure that the following four fields are updated in order to save the Program. The four fields are Name, Description, Population Served and Geographic Areas Severed. Click on the following link to assist you: How to Add/Remove Programs
To update the Geographic Areas for your listed programs, type in the city, county or state.
As you type in the information, a list will populate under this field. Click on the desired location
