Hello, I am the Executive Director of Musical Empowerment. We are a National organization with a National headquarters and chapters. We have a Group Exemption with the IRS. Our National headquarters and two of our organizations are all listed on Guidestar as "Musical Empowerment". This has been confusing for our donors and for our Facebook fundraisers, who do not know which Guidestar Profile is for Musical Empowerment National vs. our chapters. I also noticed that some of the contact information on one of the chapter pages is actually for a different chapter. So I have three questions:
How do we change the existing incorrect chapter names?
How do we prevent future confusion when we add new chapters to ensure they are listed on Guidestar under the correct name?
How do we update the information on the chapter Guidestar page that is incorrect?
