We have consistently tried to update and get out data in your system only to have it say Sorry we are unable to..., this is very disheartening. Several months ago I even was updating from silver to gold and it did that after I had provided the entire level requirements and it was all lost. what is going on? Do you have something against filling out and updating the system with the newest MacOS. What should we do?
