Keep getting error message when I hit submit.  Can I try something else?

I have been trying to update my nonprofit profile for over a month.  Every time I try to do this I get an error message.  Is there something I need to do?  A particular browser I should use?  I have been trying to open a Onetoday project but have to complete my profile here in order to do so.
