Tried all support tips, still no updates

I am still struggling to update our organization's profile. I've tried all support tips (add https://, go to incognito browser, had a Guidestar employee update the NTEE code missing that was causing issues, etc.) and I am still experiencing both a timed out wheel loading as well as occasionally being able to save changes and then put them to publication, which subsequently fails. How can I get this information added?
