How can I claim our company profile?

I have made at least two attempts to claim our company profile.  After the first attempt I was sent an email indicating that my request was not approved, likely because the "the email used in the request is not associated with the organization for which you are requesting a report".  As instructed in the email, I then contacted Stakeholder Support and attached a letter (dated 9/20/2017) from our corporation authorizing me to claim our company profile.  To date I have not received a response.  On one other occasion I tried to contact you through the website.  We would very much like to update our profile and would appreciate a response to our effort to do so.  Thank you.
