I'm unable to continue editing my NP's profile (profile claimed this morning and email confirmation received). I was in the midst of making updates, stopped and when I went back to make further updates I received the following error message:
"We apologize for the inconvenience, but the page you requested is currently unavailable. Our technical staff has been alerted and is diligently working to resolve the issue."
I tried opening up an incognito session and I discovered that almost all the changes I'd made previously were not saved.
Is this a systems problem or a timing issue?
