We do have the same EIN #. And filed for the last 3 years, in good standing. Please correct our file, so sponsors knows we're eligable to file as non-profit, and get sponsors. Thanks
Good Afternoon Robert,
Thank you for contacting GuideStar.
GuideStar receives all its information on 501c organization from the IRS on a monthly basis excluding January. Because this information comes from the IRS, we are unable to change or alter the information. We received our April update on the 9th and will receive our May update around the 2nd-3rd week of the month.
Upon reviewing the IRS Exempt Organizations Select Check, the IRS has not updated the BMF and is still showing your organization as revoked.
I recommend contacting the IRS to find out when your information will be updated and your organization will be back on the IRS Business Master File. You may contact the Nonprofit Division of the IRS for more information at:
(877) 829-5500 (toll-free number). The IRS call center is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Once the organization reappears on the Business Master File, we will receive this from the IRS directly and the message will no longer appear on your organization's GuideStar profile.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

I contacted the IRS, yesteday, and verified our status, when I asked about your organization, they were unaware of it. As far as the IRS, from 2015, when I re-instated our account, until present, we are in good standings, with 990's filed on time, for the past 3 years. I am not required to use this program, or anything on line, to verify my standings, and if your company is contacting the IRS, to get information without their knowledge, it would be concidered as a crime. Your putting out information, without our permission, that is false, and depremental, to our post. We are a non profit organization, and depend on our community, to help us fund our cause, and you're interferring with us. I'm going to contact, our corp. office, and report this matter to them, and the IRS, and let them know, you're still putting false information out, about our status. If your company got information from the IRS, as you claimed, you would be able to verify the information I gave you, without all this follow- up. But I guess it's easier for you to keep sending false information, without verifying your info.
