i just started our page last week and i can't get the social media links to work and don't know how to add our bridge number. could you be so kind to help me fix this issue.
Our IT Department has added your organization's Bridge ID number. Please allow 24 hours to see it on your GuideStar profile page.
GuideStar sends updates to Facebook on a nightly basis. If you just recently uploaded the logo please check tomorrow to see if Facebook has upload the logo to your page.
In reference to your question about the charity button and setting up payments, GuideStar does not handle the donations made through Facebook Fundraisers. Sorry to be a bother but i had a few more questions.
How long does it take for our logo to show up on the charities page of FB? We have some folks donating their birthdays to our charity and it comes up generic.
I was also wondering does FB tie the V4DR FB page with the charity button? How do you set up a payment account ?
