Why am I unable to add different accreditation, affiliations or awards than what is listed? You have very few options and no way to add custom fields.

Thank you for contacting the GuideStar Community.
If you would like to send me the names of the accreditation, affiliations or awards you would like to add,I will forward the information to our team. I do not have a timeline as to how long it will take for this to be added. In the meantime, you can add this information to the Notes from the Nonprofit section of your organization's profile.
Once you are on the Summary page, you will see a list of categories on the left hand side of the page. Click on Additional Docs than click on Notes, this will take you directly to that section.
Once you update the information in this section, save and publish, this information will appear under your organization's Mission Statement on your GuideStar profile page.
