Profile won't save or publish new information

Hi, I'm trying to update our organization's Guidestar profile and every time I enter the changes, regardless of if I click "save" or "continue" or "publish these changes," from the bronze setup, it doesn't retain or publish any of the information I updated. I've been trying to update our profile for about a week and tried on different days thinking it was a software issue or that there was some turnaround time before I'd see updates to our public profile, but still nothing. How can I get all of this new information to save and populate to our public profile?
