Every time I publish my updated profile the information disappears and I have to start over. Why is this happening? Thanks, Jesse

I apologize for the inconvenience. Currently we have an issue that our team is looking into which I believe was causing you the problem. The NTEE Codes was missing in your organization's profile which may have been why the information was not saving. I have entered the NTEE Code for you, saved and published.
