I'm with The Magik Theatre (74-2707895) in San Antonio, TX. Like all good nonprofits, we have had some employees retire and move on, without leaving key information to access our GuideStar account. I'm trying to upload our 990, and asked permission to be added as an administrator to Magik's account. However, no one at my office has received the email, and hence, we're concerned it has ended up in some unused inbox somewhere in the ethernet. Can you tell us who is in charge of our GuideStar account so we may track down the inbox? Thanks.
