I upgraded to Premium today under the misconception that Guidestar extended to countries outside the US. I thought I saw a "country" selector in the search, which was only available to upgraded users, but after doing the upgrade I realized that it was a "county" selector. Unfortunately the service won't meet my specific needs, so I would like to cancel the upgrade. Could you please downgrade my account and refund my original credit card for the $250 paid?
