Updating Profile for Transparency Seal in 2018

Every time I attempt to update our Seal of Transparency, the page is broken and I get a message "sorry for your inconvenience..."


My email is Colleen is still our account email on Guidestar, but if you wouldn't mind sending the information needed to troubleshoot this back to my email that would be wonderful.
