I just updated our profile with the staff person's info. who is our primary contact person and it still emailed the previous person who no longer works here. Is there anything I can do to correct this?
Thanks for using GuideStar. It appears you need to remove managers linked to your organization's Nonprofit Profile. Please use this helpful guide to add or remove managers that are able to update your organization's Nonprofit Profile. Also, when adding a new manager, please make sure the email address is registered and verified with GuideStar.
