We are currently working on updating our organization profile. There have been new sections added to the Bronze level. I have not been able to access this level to update information. I have followed the steps in your support section, but cannot select the Bronze level to make those additions. I have filled out the Gold level items and find that I cannot publish them. When I attempt to publish that I receive an alert that my account will be downgraded because the Bronze level items are not complete.
Can you please resolve this technical issue so I can publish our new changes?
