When I try to update our Bronze profile it just shows "loading..." , what is strange I could update our Silver profile. Is there another way to update the Bronze information?

In order for me to assist you further, I would need to know what browser and version you are using and the steps you are taking before you are get to the page that just keeps loading. Or, if it would be easier, you can also contact our Nonprofit Support Team who could provide you step by step assistance and hopefully figure out what is causing the issue. I would be happy to look into this for you. Could you please send me the EIN number for your organization. Also, are you trying to get to the Bronze section by the categories listed on the left hand side of the page?

Yes, I have tried various old and new titles under the Bronze list, only get “loading …” and it doesn’t.
I went ahead and published your Profile. Are you able to access the Bronze section of your Profile?
I see all that's left to complete Bronze is updating the Board members section and adding a population served and geographic area served to the program you have saved.
