I'm trying to update our profile. I click on Update and it goes to a page that says, "The page requested does not exist on the GuideStar website."

We have recently learned that there is an issue with clicking the "Update" button next to the seal. I have forwarded this information to our IT Department to research this further. In the meantime, you can update your organization's profile using the categories on the left hand side of the page.
Once you are signed in to your organization's profile, don't click on the update button next to the seal. Click on the categories listed on the left hand side of the page. For instance, if you want to update your organization's Bronze section, click on Bronze then click on the sub-category you wish to update. This will take you directly to that section.
