Unable to save changes, upload of documents does not work, keep losing all changes and additions and sent back to start. Just not very user friendly. Cannot even be sure how to send this question

I cannot upload the letter of determination or the logo. When I try updating the info for our programs that screen locks up. When I force it closed I lose all the bronze updates I have made up to that point. Thus I cannot complete the Bronze section required. Is there some trick I do not know about?
I think the upload problem is that I just need to wait longer for the transfer to take place, though 5 minutes seems longer than normal.
