I am trying to add a new program . I went through all the updates, but it did NOT add the program. I assumed maybe you can only have a certain number, so I tried deleting an existing one, but that didn't work either ???

In order to add and save a Program, there are four required fields that must be updated in order for the Program to Save. They are Program Name, Description, Target Population Served 1 and Geographic Area(s). Please note that all fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields that must be updated to achieve that level of participation. Once you update these four fields, make sure to click on save at the bottom of the page, under the map.
Once you add the Program, click on save at the bottom of the page, underneath the map.
