Why am I not able to access our account for updates?

This is the second day in a row that I cannot access our Guidestar account.  I would like to update our profile, but have been unable to do so.
The error message I get is:
"We apologize for the inconvenience, but the page you requested is currently unavailable. Our technical staff has been alerted and is diligently working to resolve the issue."
Please advise.
