We are trying to make updates to our profile, but the screen just comes up as "Loading..." It freezes on that screen and doesn't complete loading any of the pages of our profile, therefore we cannot make changes. Help.

You may want to try signing into your organization's profile under a different browser or if possible another computer. I'm including a link from our Learn How To section of the Community that includes information to assist you with updating the Bronze section of your organization's profile: How to Achieve the Bronze Level of Participation - Update Organization Name, Address, Mission Statement, Logo, Staff, Leadership, & Board Members
If you are still having problems signing into your organization's profile, you can contact our Nonprofit Support Team at (800) 421-8656 and they maybe able to walk you through the process.
