I'm following the directions to update my company's profile and when I click on save it keeps churning and never finishes saving the changes. Please advise. Thank you.
Thank you for sending me your organization's EIN number. Upon reviewing the Bronze section of your organization's profile, there are two fields that need to be updated in order to save each of your listed Programs. They are Target Population Served 1 and Geographic Area(s). Please note that all fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields that must be updated to achieve that level of participation. Once you update these fields, make sure to click on "Add This Program" at the bottom of the page, under the map to Save your Programs.

Be sure to click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of each page after you have added or changed information in the form. Once you have completed all required fields on the form, click the Confirm and Submit button to visit the "Program Terms" page; click the Publish Changes button there. Your information will be posted on GuideStar within 20-30 minutes.

I decided to just try updating one or two fields and still, it keeps churning and churning when I click save.
There is too much to email you as far as updating, but thank you for that offer. I really need to be able to figure out how to do this. Perhaps on Monday I will call and see if there is someone who can walk me through the steps. I tried on Google Chrome, using another browser as I saw people were having a similar problem as I am having and they were advised to use private browsing. That also has not helped me. Again, it just keeps churning and churning when I hit save.
