I am trying to add a program and I have filled out all of the required fields. The "cancel" button works, but not the "Add This Program" button after I have filled in all of the information.

In order to add and save a Program, there are four required fields that must be updated in order for the Program to Save. They are Program Name, Description, Target Population Served 1 and Geographic Area(s). Please note that all fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields that must be updated to achieve that level of participation. Once you update these four fields, make sure to click on save at the bottom of the page, under the map.

I have entered my data at least three times filling in the red asterisk
items and then when I hover over the two buttons on the bottom I get a
"hand" over the cancel button but only a "arrow" over the Add This Program
Something else must be wrong.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you send me the information you are trying to update for your Program and I will try to update it for you to see if I get the same results as you.
Program Name - Meet Your Neighbor Community Meal
Description - Each Wednesday night at 5:30 a meal is served along with a
time for fellowship through games and conversation. Neighbors help with
cooking, serving, and cleanup.
Population served - Economically disadvantaged, low income, and poor
Location - Fort Wayne, IN (this was what I found in the drop down - wasn't
sure how specific we could be)
Thank you for sending me the information. I was able to add the Program for you, saved and published the updates and your organization now has the GuideStar 2018 Seal on your organization's profile page.
I'm not sure why it would not let you save this Program, it could have been the browser you were using or if you were copying and pasting any of the information, that sometimes causes problems.
