I have gone in to update our profile (His Voice Inc). Used the "Get Started" button and completed all the information twice and then published. it never changes. What needs to be done it make this happen?

I apologize for the inconvenience. If your updates are not saving or publishing, I recommend signing in under a different browser. Our products and services are designed to support the latest web browsers. We recommend Google Chrome. It is fast and automatically keeps itself up to date. We also support the current versions of Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 11 and above.
Also, if you copying and pasting information to the profile, remove all text formatting if copy and pasting from a document to a GuideStar profile field (use Notepad or use clear formatting in Word).
I'm including a link from our Learn How To section of the Community to assist you with updating the Bronze Level: How to Achieve the Bronze Level of Participation - Update Organization Name, Address, Mission Statement, Logo, Staff, Leadership, & Board Members. Make sure that all fields marked with a red asterisk are complete in order to achieve each level.

I am using the Chrome Browser and all entries were typed so there was no
formatting. It just will not update even though I get the acknowledgement.
Have read all the helpful hints and done everything accordingly. What other
option is there?
After taking a look at your profile, I noticed your two saved programs missing required information such as Population Served and Geographic Area Served. Please update these sections for each program. You should be able to save and publish. Please confirm.
