Updating profile

I've been trying for hours on end to update our agency profile. On four occasions I completed all the information for the Bronze level using the save, update and publish buttons with no success. I even tried on two different browsers to see if that was the problem. When I used the save button it had the rotating circle that never went away. 


Please advise.
