The person who set up our GuideStar account is no longer with our organization

The people who set up the GuideStar account for our non profit organization are no longer with our organization, so we need to change the account to the correct information. One of the people has passed away and the other one can't remember what email and password she used to set up our GuideStar account.  How can we get the information on the GuideStar account for our non profit corrected?
