I have four questions.
1. I have created a donate button on Guidestar. Thank you for this opportunity. Is it as simple as receiving a check from the two companies (I think they are called Kimbia and K Fund?), whenever there is a donation made to our organization through Guidestar? Are these distributed monthly or quarterly?
2. On the landing page once you click on your organization, it says to list a "Problem", but once I go to the Edit Form page, there is no section asking about listing a "Problem" that our organization is trying to solve.
3. When a person goes to Guidestar and does a search to find our organization, there is a brief summary underneath our name that doesn't clearly state the most important information when someone is searching quickly to find out what it is we offer. How can I update that? It doesn't appear on the Edit Form and I am not sure how or who created it.
