Silver Update

I updated our profile to Silver 3 days ago. I published and confirmed the changes. I logged back in to check today and it had not updated. In fact, there was a red button for Publish Changes that I again published and confirmed. Can you confirm that you received it? Thank you, Lorraine Aubert, Pacific Waterfowl Rescue
