Once I enter the information, and hit confirm and publish, my updates don't show anywhere. This is extremely frustrating. Can I speak to someone?

If the updates you are making to your organization's Mission Statement are not saving, it may because you are copying and pasting. I'm including a link from our Learn How To section of the Community that includes instructions on updating the Bronze section including the Mission Statement: How to Achieve the Bronze Level of Participation - Update Organization Name, Address, Mission Statement, Logo, Staff, Leadership, & Board Members
If the Mission Statement is still not publishing, please send the Mission Statement to me and I would be happy to update it for you.
